What you will do

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition you will play a vital role in creating a best in class candidate experience. You will support the recruitment process; looking after our candidates from arranging interviews, meeting them for a coffee, giving them tips to on how to nail the interview and looking after those silver medalists with a view to getting them back in for the next suitable opportunity.

We’re looking for someone to run CRM campaigns, build the talent pool and look after candidates through the whole recruitment process.

Once we have made that hire, you will make sure we give them that VIP service and help make our new starters feel welcome from day one. You’ll soon be chatting to them about referrals and encouraging them to be one of our employee advocates.

How you will do it
You will support our Talent Delivery Partners so we can deliver a best class service to our candidates, hiring managers and other parties we work with
Build a strong rapport with our candidates and offer support throughout the interview process
You’ll take responsibility for the candidate from the point of an interview being requested. You’ll then manage the candidate’s journey through testing and the first interview then on to the next stage be that rejection, further selection or liaising with the Talent Delivery Partners
For those relocation candidates you  will offer them guidance and support to let them know more about life in Leeds & Sheffield, and support with right to work checks
Follow up with candidate surveys, not just to those that join us
Follow up with hiring managers to set up candidate care, and to see what we need to do to make the process better
Bring an in-depth knowledge and passion for all things recruitment
Support the team running things like recruitment events and tech talks
Be that extra set of hands to help with our assessment centres
Build local recruitment market knowledge, networking, market intelligence, and gathering benchmarking data
Be pro-active in order to facilitate the businesses needs and the teams urgency to deliver
Work to build talent pools of fully screened and technically tested candidates. Engage these talent pools using our CRM tools to deliver campaigns either standalone or drip fed so they become the go to resource for sourcing and finding candidates that are engaged with the SB&G brand
As well as the above you’ll also manage a few of your own requisitions and support the Talent Delivery Partners workloads when we experience large volumes of vacancies, it truly is a team effort
