Reporting into the CRM Planning Manager you will be responsible for managing the end to end planning processes across CRM.  Utilising project management skills you will coordinate key stakeholders to ensure CRM campaigns are effectively planned, resourced, prioritised and approved highlighting any potential risks or blockers. You will work across both the Sportsbook and Gaming products as part of the central CRM team.

Key Responsibilities:     

Use Workfront to provide visibility and tracking of all briefs and CRM deliverables
Manage the operational planning process within CRM from receipt of brief through to plan implementation.
Co-ordinate & engage with key stakeholders in both marketing & the wider business to ensure the plan is efficiently planned and prioritised to meet commercial objectives
Ensure the weekly communications plan is populated and up to date for all products, providing daily status updates to the wider business
Support campaign sign-off and ensure the effective delivery of all planned communications.
Ensure all plans are delivered to the agreed critical path, progress is tracked and any issues highlighted
Provide support to all relevant stakeholders within CRM, Co-ordinating work / brief allocation between the data delivery and Comms teams
Support the CRM Planning Manager with resource/capacity planning for the CRM team and help manage expectations within the P&L

Key Skills:

Experienced in Workflow management tools; Workfront experience desirable but not essential
Excellent planning and communication skills
Capable of co-ordinating activities across multiple teams
Excellent organisational skills
Commercially astute and results driven
Proactive worker with innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement
Logical and a keen eye for detail
Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
Recent experience of planning and tracking of integrated multi‐channel marketing campaigns
