As one of our Contact Centre Senior Specialist’s with Sky Betting & Gaming Italy, your key responsibilities will include:

Responding to our high value customers through email, phone, live chat and social media – resolving their queries with accounts, betting and casino rules, payments and a variety of other enquiries as no two days are the same
Undertaking additional tasks within the customer journey as: responsible gambling, compliance, complaints
Writing processes and training diaries, training advisors and doing quality assurance checks
Assisting the team by performing the tasks with them
Supporting the Italian Operations Manager as required
For each customer you will listen to their unique needs and issues and find a solution that is right for them. You will be giving our customers a level of service that we can be proud of.

We want to give you the opportunity to take ownership for the customer journey and customer satisfaction, as well as other strategic KPI’s which will be your performance drivers.

The role requires individuals who:

Are proactive, enthusiastic and motivated with a positive attitude
Have excellent communication skills, ability to lead and motivate others
Are fluent in speaking, reading and writing in the Italian language.
Must also possess strong numerical skills as well as a high standard of grammar, both spoken and written
Supervisory experience, knowledge of OpenBet, Playtech IMS and Microsoft Office is desirable
A keen interest in sports and casino games is beneficial.
