Leeds City Council is transforming local public services by putting technology at the heart of the organisation and is looking for an Oracle DBA to work in the Application & End User Services Team.

The Oracle DBA team manage many databases that underpin many of our key services. E.g. SAP Payroll, GIS, Children’s Services, Adults Services, Council Tax & Benefits. This role will involve day to day database administration tasks such as ongoing maintenance, tuning, patching & upgrades, backup configuration, recovery as well as project work. The person we are looking for needs to have the technical skills and experience to cover the technology & administration tasks referred to.
