• Experience of working in a customer focussed, ideally IT related role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge and experience in a range of ICT system and software packages.

The Technology Team currently employs over 250 staff. We look after 400+ business service applications operating from our own multisite data centres, and manage the telecommunications and desktops for 33,000 council staff. We are also an essential part of developing new council services.
