About the Role
The company is looking for a progressive and experienced person who will provide all Citu customers with industry leading customer service for queries relating to their home, the wider development or the utilities provision, through having deep product knowledge and understanding of processes. Do not worry training will be given!
We are looking for some who has been working in customer support for a leading consumer provider or for a property company in customer service.
In this role you will be expected to conduct pre-inspections and QA in advance of the customer completions. Whilst making sure the on-boarding period of Citu Customers are enjoyable and informative and the customer feels valued and knowledgeable about their new home. You will be asked to have input on improving all of Citu products from the customer feedback you receive and deal with any queries or issues with verbal and written communications and provide a right first time world leading customer service.

More About you
Minimum 2 years experience of working within a customer service / support role
Experience of construction industry
Experience of fault finding on technical products
Hours and environment
We operate a flexible working policy for this role where it is expected that the individual meets or exceeds their objectives, but we aren’t prescriptive about times or days worked as long as the results are being achieved. A typical site day will be 7.30am until 5pm.
We are designing and constructing new offices near Leeds Dock which we aim to complete by the end of the year. In the meantime, we are based in open plan offices at our Greenhouse development in Leeds.

In order to achieve all of the innovation necessary to positively influence the industry, we need to not only grow the existing office team from 15 people to around 30, but to do so with highly motivated and passionate individuals.
To ensure that we develop the right culture that will facilitate great team results, we have adopted a sports team mentality. We don’t compromise on hiring people who could deliver technically in their role but would not be the right fit for the team and our values. We are in the process of designing and constructing a new office and experience centre on the side of our housing factory at Leeds Dock. This is due for completion later this year and will form the basis for our offices for the foreseeable future.
