Position 80s
Is this the role for you?

We are looking for an experienced telephone based Account Manager who has a highly competitive and entrepreneurial mindset. This exciting role is integral to our company sales strategy and focuses on 4 main key areas on a day to day basis:

Retention: Ensuring existing customers renew their products
Enhancements: Selling additional cap hpi products and services to existing customers
Customer relationship management: Managing strong credible relationships to ensure satisfaction and advocacy as well as a smooth renewal process
New Business: Prospecting and winning new business to continue to help the team to grow our client base
You will be working in a highly competitive yet very friendly and supportive team working to agreed targets and key performance indicators, managing and developing a wide range of accounts nationwide.

You will be responsible for building new relationships and throughout the customer lifecycle retaining existing customers, helping them to minimize costs, also all the while continuously sharing product knowledge to ensure a wide understanding of cap hpi’s products and services throughout your client base, acting as an ambassador always.
