Operations Analyst – BJSS Leeds

 About the Opportunity

Leeds is home to our largest project centre with over 400 employees and we are looking for a new Operations Analyst to join our team.

This role supports the early lifecycle of all our new employees, from issuing their contract and job offer – to facilitating their first day induction. Working closely with the resourcing team, our Ops Analyst will also look after the administration and smooth onboarding journey for new and existing employees as they venture on to new projects. As an Ops team, we pride ourselves in bringing value to our customers. Whilst we have lots of plates spinning, our core objectives are;

Ensuring that the right people, join the right projects, at the right time
Working alongside our leadership teams to support new business opportunities
Contributing to ensure BJSS continues to be a great place to work
Getting the operational processes right across all BJSS locations to ensure onboarding and screening requirements are met for both us and our clients
Encouraging collaboration in everything we do

 Day to Day Responsibilities

Being the central point for tracking and collating all onboarding requirements
Administering commercial processes to ensure that correct documentation is in place to support assignments and highlighting issues pro-actively
Coordination of employee screening for all new and existing employees to a baseline level and any additional screening as required by clients
Ownership of the early employee lifecycle including; issuing of contract/offer letter and facilitation of BJSS Inductions for new employees
Management of desk allocation within the Leeds office
Ensure all employees are introduced to their relevant support and leadership teams whilst managing the administrative duties of our internal performance support tool Moskito
